Ingredients

- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 head medium cabbage, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions
- Prep the cabbage: Rinse the cabbage under cold water, slice it in half, remove the core, and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the garlic: Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
- Sauté the garlic: In a large frying pan or wok, drizzle the olive oil and heat over medium. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add cabbage: Toss in the chopped cabbage and stir fry for about 3 to 5 minutes until wilted but still crunchy.
- Finish with soy sauce: Drizzle soy sauce over the cabbage, toss to combine, and serve immediately.
Notes
