Description

A delicious recipe for Easy Breakfast Potatoes that are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, perfect for any breakfast table.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into 1/2” cubes
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut all the potatoes into small 1/2″ cubes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add butter and oil.
  3. Add chopped potatoes to the skillet and toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; cover for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Remove lid and stir; cook uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Ensure butter is at room temperature for better incorporation. Customize seasonings and add fresh herbs for extra flavor.
