- 4 medium potatoes, cut into 1/2” cubes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cut all the potatoes into small 1/2″ cubes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add butter and oil.
- Add chopped potatoes to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; cover for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove lid and stir; cook uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Ensure butter is at room temperature for better incorporation. Customize seasonings and add fresh herbs for extra flavor.
