Description

A simple and delicious seafood dish featuring tender Mahi Mahi fillets baked to perfection with olive oil, lemon, garlic, and paprika.


Ingredients

  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the Mahi Mahi fillets in a baking dish and brush with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Let the Mahi Mahi fillets come to room temperature for about 15 minutes before cooking for even cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
