Ingredients

- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 cup apples, diced (preferably Granny Smith)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and diced apples. Toss gently.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey (or sugar), and a pinch of salt and pepper until creamy.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until fully coated.
- Cover and let the coleslaw chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve alongside sandwiches, tacos, or at BBQs and potlucks.
