- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
- 1 cup peanut butter (creamy)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup dry roasted peanuts
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in the crockpot: chocolate chips, peanut butter, and dry roasted peanuts. Set temperature to low.
- Melt and stir for 1-2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes, until the chocolate is smooth and glossy.
- Gently fold in mini marshmallows until integrated.
- Drop spoonfuls onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet, spacing them for cooling.
- Allow to cool completely to harden before serving.
