Description

A vibrant and creamy dessert featuring a colorful swirl, perfect for Easter celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Soft pastel food coloring (pink, blue, yellow, green)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake pie crust according to package instructions until golden. Let it cool.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Combine the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  5. Color the mixture by dividing it into four bowls and adding pastel colors.
  6. Create the swirl by alternating spoonfuls of colored mixtures into the cooled crust and swirl gently.
  7. Chill the pie covered with plastic wrap for at least 4 hours until set.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Consider using high-quality gel food colors for vibrant shades. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
