- 2 cups Fresh or Canned Pineapple Chunks (20oz)
- ½ cup Coconut Milk
- 2 tablespoons Agave Syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Blend your ingredients: In a blender, combine 2 cups of pineapple chunks, ½ cup of coconut milk, and 2 tablespoons of agave syrup (if using). Blend until smooth—about 30-60 seconds.
- Freeze the mixture: Pour the blended concoction into a Ninja Creami pint container.
- Let it freeze: Place the container in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
- Creami it: After freezing, remove the pint container from the freezer, insert it into the Ninja Creami machine, select the ‘Sorbet’ setting, and process for 3-5 minutes.
- Scoop and serve: Once ready, scoop into bowls and add your favorite toppings.
