Description

A festive blend of coconut cream, lime, and grenadine that brings holiday cheer in a glass.


Ingredients

  • 1 oz Coconut Cream
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Grenadine
  • Sprite or Lemon-Lime Soda
  • Shredded Coconut (For Rimming)
  • Cherries (For Garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rim the Glass: Dip the rim of your glass in coconut cream and then in shredded coconut.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine coconut cream, lime juice, and grenadine. Shake with ice for 15-20 seconds.
  3. Strain Into the Glass: Pour the mixture into your prepared glass.
  4. Top with Fizz: Add Sprite or lemon-lime soda to fill the glass.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Top with a cherry and serve immediately.

Notes

Use room temperature coconut cream for easier mixing and avoid over-shaking to prevent separation.
