Ingredients

16 ounces cream cheese, softened

3 tablespoons dry ranch dressing seasoning mix

1 cup whole dill pickles, chopped

1 cup deli-style ham, chopped

1 unit green onion, diced

Instructions

  1. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth with hand mixer.
  2. Add sour cream and mayonnaise, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Stir in chopped pickles, pickle juice, dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
  4. Taste and add salt if needed (pickles may provide enough saltiness).
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours (preferably overnight) for flavors to blend.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill before serving with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add 1/4 cup finely diced celery
