Ingredients
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons dry ranch dressing seasoning mix
1 cup whole dill pickles, chopped
1 cup deli-style ham, chopped
1 unit green onion, diced
Instructions
- In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth with hand mixer.
- Add sour cream and mayonnaise, mixing until fully combined.
- Stir in chopped pickles, pickle juice, dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
- Taste and add salt if needed (pickles may provide enough saltiness).
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours (preferably overnight) for flavors to blend.
