Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 ribs celery, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

- Chill the shrimp in an ice water bath for 5-7 minutes to halt cooking. Drain and pat dry.
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, dill, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Combine the shrimp, diced celery, and minced red onion in the bowl and gently stir to coat with dressing.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
