Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine rolled oats, chopped almonds, sunflower seeds, honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden brown.
- Cook mixed berries, chia seeds, and maple syrup over medium heat until thickened, about 8-10 minutes.
- Spread berry topping over the baked base and cool completely in the pan.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
