Instructions
- Gather all fresh fruits and nuts, ensuring they are washed and prepped.
- Chop apples and pears into bite-sized pieces. Toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- In a small bowl, whisk honey (or maple syrup) and lemon juice until combined.
- Sprinkle cinnamon (or nutmeg) into the dressing.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped apples, pears, red grapes, green grapes, and pomegranate arils.
- Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat without smashing the fruit.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving.
