- 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1 cup pasta sauce (marinara or pizza sauce)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup mixed pizza toppings
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the cottage cheese and eggs in a large bowl until smooth.
- Season with garlic powder and oregano, stirring until incorporated.
- Prepare a 9×9 inch baking dish by greasing it and spreading a layer of pasta sauce on the bottom.
- Layer half of the cottage cheese mixture over the sauce.
- Add ½ cup of shredded mozzarella and your mixed toppings on top.
- Seal with the remaining cottage cheese mixture and finish with mozzarella.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Ensure fresh toppings are dried before adding to prevent a watery bake. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3-4 days.
