Delicious Paleo and Vegan Dark Chocolate Fig Truffles made with dried figs, nuts, and dark chocolate, perfect for special occasions and sweet cravings.

- 1 cup dried figs, stems removed and sliced into thirds
- 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup walnut pieces
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Blend the figs, shredded coconut, walnuts, and salt in a food processor until sticky yet firm.
- Shape about a tablespoon of the mixture into a ball.
- Chill the truffle balls in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the dark chocolate over low heat until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Decorate with remaining melted chocolate or toppings if desired.
- Chill again in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to harden.
