Description

Delightful bite-sized treats combining rich dark chocolate and tart cranberry sauce, perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 14-ounce can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 16 ounces dark chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cranberry sauce by slicing it into ½” thick discs.
  2. Freeze the slices on a lined baking sheet for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  4. Dip each cranberry round into the melted chocolate and allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  5. Set the coated bites back on the lined sheet and freeze for another 30 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
  6. Enjoy your delectable bites!
