  • Decorations: Mini chocolate chips, candy eyes, orange M&M’s or chocolate-covered peanuts, and coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Space: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  3. Shape the Truffles: Form the mixture into small balls (1 inch in diameter) or larger shapes for snowmen.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the Chocolate: Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave.
  6. Coat the Truffles: Dip each truffle in melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
