Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds (toasted)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ramen Noodles: Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the ramen noodles. Cook according to package instructions (3-4 minutes), drain, and rinse with cold water.
  2. Combine Veggies: In a large bowl, mix the coleslaw, drained ramen noodles, sliced almonds, and green onions until well combined.
  3. Make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar until well blended.
  4. Dress the Salad: Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine.
