- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds (toasted)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted)
Instructions
- Cook the Ramen Noodles: Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the ramen noodles. Cook according to package instructions (3-4 minutes), drain, and rinse with cold water.
- Combine Veggies: In a large bowl, mix the coleslaw, drained ramen noodles, sliced almonds, and green onions until well combined.
- Make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar until well blended.
- Dress the Salad: Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Garnish: Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
