Description

Indulge in these soft, chewy Crumbl Oreo Cookies with a luscious cream cheese frosting for a delightful treat!


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo Cookies (double-stuffed for extra creaminess)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/8 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 TBSP unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 TBSP unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 additional Oreo Cookies (for topping, crushed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush 24 Oreo Cookies into fine crumbs.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, and flour. Whisk until well combined.
  4. Add in the softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until completely combined.
  5. Scoop about 2 TBSP of cookie dough and place them onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2-3 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 9 minutes, then cool completely on a wire rack.
  7. For the frosting, beat together cream cheese and butter until creamy. Add vanilla extract and gradually incorporate powdered sugar.
  8. Once cookies are cooled, pipe frosting in a spiral on top using a Ziploc bag.
  9. Sprinkle crushed Oreo Cookies over the frosting.
  10. Enjoy or store leftovers in the fridge!

Notes

For uniform cookie shapes, consider using a cookie scoop. Use powdered sugar to achieve the best frosting texture.
