Deliciously soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies inspired by the popular Crumbl cookies, perfect for creating warm memories.
Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 sticks salted butter (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1.25 cups light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Beat the room-temperature butter with both sugars until light and creamy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and kosher salt. Gradually add this to the butter-sugar mixture.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop mounds of dough onto the lined baking sheets.
- Bake for 11-15 minutes until the edges are set and centers are still soft.
- Sprinkle a few more chocolate chips on top and cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for longer storage. Can prep the dough and freeze before baking.
