Description

Deliciously soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies inspired by the popular Crumbl cookies, perfect for creating warm memories.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 sticks salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1.25 cups light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
  2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Beat the room-temperature butter with both sugars until light and creamy, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and kosher salt. Gradually add this to the butter-sugar mixture.
  6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop mounds of dough onto the lined baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 11-15 minutes until the edges are set and centers are still soft.
  9. Sprinkle a few more chocolate chips on top and cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for longer storage. Can prep the dough and freeze before baking.
