- 8–9 pound fully cooked spiral sliced bone-in ham
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- Dash of ground ginger
- Dash of onion powder
Instructions
- Place the spiral cut ham in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Pour 1 cup of orange juice and 1 cup of pineapple juice over the ham.
- In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of brown sugar with cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, paprika, ground ginger, and onion powder.
- Sprinkle about ¼ cup of the brown sugar mixture around the ham, then press the remaining mixture on top.
- If the lid doesn’t fit snugly, cover with aluminum foil.
- Set the slow cooker to low heat and cook for 240-300 minutes (4-5 hours).
- Baste the ham with juices once or twice during cooking if desired.
- Once heated through to 140°F, it’s time to serve!
