Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the diced potatoes, ground beef, and diced onion.

- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are fork-tender and the beef is seasoned.
- Stir in the heavy cream just before serving.
