- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.
Notes
For a lighter version, consider substituting heavy cream with half-and-half or coconut milk. Customize with your choice of vegetables.
