- 3 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions
- In your crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, corn, diced onion, minced garlic, diced potatoes, and chicken broth.
- Sprinkle in the salt, pepper, and thyme, and give it a gentle stir.
- Set your crockpot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are tender but not mushy.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in the heavy cream.
- Ladle the chowder into bowls and serve warm with your choice of toppings.
