- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chives or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sliced kielbasa, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, chopped onion, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker and spread it evenly across the bottom.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
- If possible, stir the mixture halfway through cooking for even blending of flavors.
- Once cooked, serve hot and garnish with chives or green onions.
