Description

A creamy, spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip perfect for game day or gatherings, made effortlessly in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • Optional: Blue cheese crumbles, chopped celery or green onions

Instructions

  1. In your slow cooker, combine the cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 120-180 minutes, stirring occasionally in the last 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggie sticks.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to a month. Adjust the buffalo sauce to your spice tolerance.
