- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- Optional: Blue cheese crumbles, chopped celery or green onions
Instructions
- In your slow cooker, combine the cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce.
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 120-180 minutes, stirring occasionally in the last 30 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggie sticks.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to a month. Adjust the buffalo sauce to your spice tolerance.
