Description

A deliciously easy recipe for Crispy Parmesan Salmon Bake that combines health and taste with a crunchy panko and Parmesan topping.


Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh Salmon Fillets
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Lemon Wedges for Serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush the tops of the salmon fillets with olive oil.
  6. Press the Parmesan mixture onto each salmon fillet until they are generously coated.
  7. Bake for about 12-15 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For an extra crispy coating, gently pat the fillets dry before baking. Keep an eye on the salmon in the last few minutes to avoid drying out.
