Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon Fillets (wild-caught if possible)
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned, panko preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon Mixed Herbs (dried parsley and dill)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (freshly cracked, to taste)
  • 1 Lemon (for squeezing on top before serving)
  • Olive Oil (optional for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Press the topping mixture onto the salmon fillets.
