- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned, panko preferred)
- 1 tablespoon Mixed Herbs (dried parsley and dill)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (freshly cracked, to taste)
- 1 Lemon (for squeezing on top before serving)
- Olive Oil (optional for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Press the topping mixture onto the salmon fillets.
- If desired, drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is opaque and topping is golden brown.
- Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
Notes
