Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a shallow bowl, mix together panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over each chicken breast, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. While baking, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant, then add lemon juice and chicken broth, simmering for 5 minutes.
  7. Drizzle the garlic sauce over the baked chicken before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for 1-2 minutes at the end of cooking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
