Ingredients
1.5 pounds chicken tenders
2 cups crushed Doritos (Nacho Cheese flavor)
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
0.5 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
0.5 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper and place wire rack on top.
- Set up breading station: flour mixed with spices in first bowl; beaten eggs with milk in second; crushed Doritos in third.
- Pat chicken dry. Dredge in flour, dip in egg mixture, then press into Doritos to coat completely.
- Place on wire rack. Lightly spray with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
- Bake 18-22 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), flipping halfway.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
