Description

Juicy chicken tenders coated in a crunchy, flavorful crust made from crushed Doritos chips – a fun twist on classic chicken tenders that’s perfect for game day or kids’ meals!


Ingredients

1.5 pounds chicken tenders

2 cups crushed Doritos (Nacho Cheese flavor)

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

0.5 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

0.5 teaspoon salt

0.5 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper and place wire rack on top.
  2. Set up breading station: flour mixed with spices in first bowl; beaten eggs with milk in second; crushed Doritos in third.
  3. Pat chicken dry. Dredge in flour, dip in egg mixture, then press into Doritos to coat completely.
  4. Place on wire rack. Lightly spray with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
  5. Bake 18-22 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), flipping halfway.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
