- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Chives (chopped)
- 1 large Egg
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping the chives and setting them aside.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and Old Bay seasoning; mix well until creamy.
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat and chopped chives.
- Add the egg and mix until fully incorporated, then form small bite-sized patties.
- Coat each crab cake bite in panko and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare your Zesty Lemon-Dill Sauce by mixing together sour cream, lemon juice, chopped dill, and salt to taste.
