- 2–3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 oz Boursin cheese (garlic and chive variety)
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer, cut side down.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Toss with Boursin cheese while still hot.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using, and serve hot.
