Description

These Crispy Boursin Brussels Sprouts are a game-changer side dish featuring creamy, herby Boursin cheese and a sensational crunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels Sprouts
  • 23 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 oz Boursin cheese (garlic and chive variety)
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer, cut side down.
  5. Roast for 20–25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Toss with Boursin cheese while still hot.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using, and serve hot.
