- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 2 tablespoons Green Onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut your salmon filets into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a medium bowl.
- Coat the salmon pieces in the sauce until fully covered.
- Arrange the salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
