Description

Little bursts of flavor with a crispy exterior and succulent inside, featuring a spicy-sweet sauce that elevates ordinary salmon.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound High-Quality Salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • To taste Seasoning (Salt, Pepper, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut your salmon filets into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a medium bowl.
  4. Coat the salmon pieces in the sauce until fully covered.
  5. Arrange the salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
