  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt (or reduce to 1 teaspoon for less sodium)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked or sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, sea salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stir in the olive oil to form a paste and coat the chicken drumsticks.
  4. Let the chicken legs come to room temperature and pat them dry with paper towels.
