Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream
  • 1 cup (40g) fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup (50g) sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream (optional, for thinner consistency)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add chopped spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  3. For a creamier texture, slowly mix in heavy cream until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, give it a final stir and garnish with extra sun-dried tomatoes or fresh herbs if desired.
  6. Serve with toasted bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
  • Can be made a day ahead—flavors develop more over time.
  • If using oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, pat them dry before chopping.
  • Add cooked, crumbled bacon for extra flavor (not vegetarian).
