Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Salute seasoning (or your favorite poultry seasoning)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season both sides of the chicken thighs with Salute seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt 2 tbsp of butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, melt another 2 tbsp of butter and add garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Gradually add the flour while stirring to form a roux. Cook for about a minute.
  6. Slowly pour in the chicken broth, stirring until slightly thickened, then add heavy cream and stir until smooth.
  7. Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted, adjusting seasoning if needed.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon creamy sauce over each piece, and bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh dill and serve warm.
