Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add white wine and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until reduced by half.
- Incorporate heavy cream and lobster meat, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
