Ingredients

  • 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
  3. Gently stir in the cooked lobster meat and heat through.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt and thicken the sauce (about 2-3 minutes).
  6. Season with salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.
  7. Toss the cooked fettuccine in the skillet with the lobster sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Let butter come to room temperature for better blending. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
