- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
- Gently stir in the cooked lobster meat and heat through.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt and thicken the sauce (about 2-3 minutes).
- Season with salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine in the skillet with the lobster sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Let butter come to room temperature for better blending. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
