Description

A delightful Creamy Lobster Pasta that combines rich, buttery lobster meat with a silky cream sauce over fettuccine, perfect for special occasions or cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz of Fettuccine or Linguine
  • 1 lb of Lobster Meat, cooked and chopped
  • 2 tbsp of Unsalted Butter
  • 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and save some pasta water.
  2. Sauté the Garlic: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Make the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add Cheese and Lobster: Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, then add lobster meat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine with Pasta: Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
  6. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy hot.
