- 8 oz of Fettuccine or Linguine
- 1 lb of Lobster Meat, cooked and chopped
- 2 tbsp of Unsalted Butter
- 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1 cup of Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and save some pasta water.
- Sauté the Garlic: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Make the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add Cheese and Lobster: Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, then add lobster meat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Combine with Pasta: Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy hot.
