Description

A creamy, garlic-infused pasta dish topped with tender salmon, perfect for cozy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g pasta (fettuccine or linguine recommended)
  • 200g salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden. Remove and flake.
  3. Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stir and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add cooked pasta and flaked salmon to the sauce, tossing to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and optional Parmesan cheese.

Notes

For a lighter version, replace heavy cream with half-and-half. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days.
