Description

A rich and creamy dip made with feta cheese and cream cheese, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (parsley or dill)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the feta cheese and cream cheese. Blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped roasted red peppers, lemon juice, olive oil, and minced garlic. Stir until mixed, about 2 minutes.
  3. Fold in the fresh herbs and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish if desired.

Notes

Allow cream cheese to warm to room temperature for easier mixing. This dip can be made up to 2 days in advance.
