- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, garlic powder, and optional onions. Mix well until fully combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until set and golden-brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a twist, add a layer of breadcrumbs on top before baking for extra crunch.
