Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, garlic powder, and optional onions. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until set and golden-brown on top.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
