- 1.25 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1.5 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2.5 tsp chili powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 1.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 0.75 tsp smoked paprika
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 16 oz macaroni
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil. Add ground turkey and diced onion; cook for 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic, tomato paste, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; stir for 2 minutes.
- Pour in Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 cup vegetable broth to deglaze.
- Add remaining vegetable broth and uncooked macaroni, ensuring the pasta is submerged.
- Seal the Instant Pot lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Perform a quick release, stir in hot sauce, and fold in cheddar cheese until melted.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat with added broth if necessary.
