- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water and add the twisted pasta; cook until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).
- Season the Chicken: Season diced chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- Sauté the Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook seasoned chicken until golden (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- Prepare the Sauce: Melt butter in the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add Cream and Cheese: Pour in heavy cream and stir; let it simmer, then gradually add shredded mozzarella until melted.
- Combine It All: Drain the pasta, add it to the sauce along with the chicken, mix well, and season with salt and pepper.

Notes
Feel free to substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version. You can also add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
