  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water and add the twisted pasta; cook until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).
  2. Season the Chicken: Season diced chicken with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Sauté the Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook seasoned chicken until golden (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  4. Prepare the Sauce: Melt butter in the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  5. Add Cream and Cheese: Pour in heavy cream and stir; let it simmer, then gradually add shredded mozzarella until melted.
