Description

A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring cheese-filled tortellini in a velvety bacon and cream cheese sauce, creating the ultimate comfort food that’s both indulgent and satisfying.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain and set aside
  2. Cook bacon in large skillet until crispy, remove and drain on paper towels
  3. Add olive oil to same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant
  4. Reduce heat, add cream cheese and heavy cream, stir until smooth
  5. Add cooked tortellini and bacon to sauce, toss to coat
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  8. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan if desired

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother sauce
  • Reserve some pasta water to thin sauce if needed
