- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz salami slices
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, green onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well blended.
- Lay the salami slices out in a single layer, slightly overlapping if necessary.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture over each salami slice.
- Carefully roll each slice of salami around the filling tightly.
- Secure each roll with a toothpick if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
