Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz salami slices
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, green onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well blended.
  2. Lay the salami slices out in a single layer, slightly overlapping if necessary.
  3. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture over each salami slice.
  4. Carefully roll each slice of salami around the filling tightly.
  5. Secure each roll with a toothpick if desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
