Instructions

- Gradually increase to medium speed and beat for about 3-4 minutes until light, airy, and smooth.
- Check the consistency; if too stiff, add a teaspoon of milk to loosen.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness or add more vanilla if desired.
Notes
Store leftover cream cheese frosting in an airtight container for up to one week. It can also be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge.
