Ingredients
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 medium orange (with peel)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight) to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, stir in orange liqueur/juice and nuts if using.

- Keeps for up to 2 weeks refrigerated in airtight container.
- For spicy variation, add pinch of cayenne pepper.
